I had never been to NYC and this tour included so much of what I wanted to see. I love NY and would like to do a return trip in the future. Known as Manhattan's Town Square, the park is famous for its lush seasonal gardens, free activities, world class restrooms, and al fresco dining. Well thought out. They were right there with us through the entire process. And it was. 9/11 memorial, Ellis Island and Broadway shows were fantastic. Visiting the observation floor in the One World Trade Building. Tour guide, Natalie Riegel, was wonderful, friendly/helpful/organized. If I have one suggestion.. that first day was kind of a killer with the early time to commence the tour.. followed by the play. Marc was so efficient and informative. Transportation was excellent considering they were in Manhattan which is the worst traffic area in the country. The planning of the entire trip and the sightseeing tours highlighting New York and what it is known for. Please accept our apology that it was not up to your standards. Ellis island was the highlight for me. I would consider another tour using Collette. Climate control keeps the bus at just the right temperature.
